3. Payment and Refunds

All payments for the Antique Dealer Academy course must be made in full or according to the selected payment plan. Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

4. Access and Use of Course Materials

Upon purchase, you will receive credentials to access the Hébert Institute Platform where the course materials are hosted. These credentials are for your personal use only and must not be shared with others. Unauthorized sharing of credentials may result in termination of access without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, quizzes, and written content, are the intellectual property of the Hébert Institute of Antiques and Decorative Arts. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without explicit permission.

6. Community Guidelines

When participating in our Facebook Group or any other community features, you agree to engage respectfully and constructively. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the community.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Hébert Institute of Antiques and Decorative Arts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Antique Dealer Academy course. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.
